Edit/Inquiry screen that is updated automatically from the Shipping & Billing module.  Shows individual invoice line item information such as part#, quantity, sell price, cost, and margin.

Log keeps track of any changes made in the Sales Analysis FM screen.

DETAIL SALES ANALYSIS REPORT

Sales report that shows customer, invoice, part#, quantity, price, cost, and margin.  Report can be printed by customer/part, part/customer, customer/cost breakdown, or part/cost breakdown.  Selection options include customer, part, and invoice date range.  The report can be printed in detail or summary version.

COMPARATIVE SALES REPORT

Listing that compares the month-to-date and year-to-date sales for the selected month/year to the prior month/year.  The report can be printed by customer only, part# only, or customer/part#.  A useful report for comparing sales on jobs during like time periods.

MONTHLY SUMMARY SALES REPORT

Summary sales report that shows customer/part and monthly totals for quantity, price, cost and margin.  Selection options include customer, part, and starting invoice date.

SALES ANALYSIS PURGE

Removes data from the Sales Analysis files.
